Hello and welcome! We’re Kierra and Joshua Crawl, the founders of Lab Roots Skincare, and we’re so excited to share our journey with you.
Lab Roots Skincare was born from a passion for science, skincare, and wellness. As a former medical lab scientist turned licensed esthetician in Dallas, TX, I (Kierra) wanted to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and natural skincare. My journey in the medical lab field gave me a deep understanding of ingredients and formulations, and I knew I could apply that knowledge to create effective, natural skincare solutions. That’s how Lab Roots Skincare was created—a line dedicated to harnessing the power of nature with the precision of science.
Joshua, my husband and business partner, plays a vital role in making our vision a reality. With a background in finance, he handles all things strategy and logistics to keep Lab Roots Skincare thriving. His expertise ensures that our high-quality, natural products are accessible to everyone who wants healthier, radiant skin.
We are so grateful to be on this journey together, blending our skills and passions to bring you skincare that’s not only effective but also rooted in integrity and care.

I got the chance to meet the owners Kierra and Joshua at the Black History month event in Dallas,Tx and let me say they were the most knowledgeable and kind people there! I went just to get the turmeric foaming cleanser that everyone was raving about but I ended up with the full routine to treat my hyperpigmentation! I felt heard and seen so huge thank you to the Lab Roots Skincare team! I will be ordering more when I run out!
